    Following my appointment it became apparent that there was a lack of any structure for retail operations. Consequently I was the first RSM to develop and implement specific initiatives: Formalised store visit reports, sales reporting and KPI’s for sales, LFL, margin, ATV and average items, stock control and performance management.
