Daily responsibilities include updating Network systems to maintain compliancy for Federal Banking requirements. Push out updates across network to individual machines to maintain standards. Also create scripts which ran executables for installation of new software and updates.

Coordinated infrastructure of Liberty Mutual and Safe Co Active Directory. Managed the merge of 2 major insurance companies Active Directory infrastructure. One west coast company that had minimal infrastructure and security needed to be enveloped into an east coast company that had a very organized and secure Active Directory Infrastructure. I had to implement policy and rules within Active Directory that both companies shared.

Daily support of Network, Desktop machines and VOIP systems.

Daily support of Network and users. Deployed software upgrades and work on full scale deployments of hardware and software.

Coordinated a team of IT professionals to go from department to department to upgrade systems and software. Prior to deployments we had to go to each department and do a pre-assessment of each department. We worked with permanent Children Hospital Employees both in the hospital and in the Research division of the hospital.

Maintained day to day operations which covered everything from desktop support, network support, email support and software implementation. Supported specialized SAP software. I also was in charge of the telephone system administration.

Team Lead of 7 employees that went to each location of P&G to prep the factories and offices for hardware upgrade, software upgrade and a complete Network upgrade.
