• Provided marketing and operations support to account locations in Texas, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Kansas and Missouri. • Support included implementation and training on marketing initiatives, creating and installing custom solutions to meet client needs, client relationship building, working with the onsite teams to grow sales, increasing customer satisfaction, retaining clients and management and control of food, labor, and packaging costs. • Supported sales team and client retention projects. During the sales or retention process I participated in pre-sale client meetings, aided in crafting sales presentations, customized solutions, presented solutions to clients and ultimately opened the new business.• During the opening process my role was to ensure that the culinary and marketing programs were trained and deployed to the site. The implementation of these programs included menu creation, small and large equipment procurement, training, facilitating and managing local team support, project management, managing client expectations and delivery of a best in class food service program.• Contributions to the launch of Sodexo’s Consumer Centric Process were quoted in Sodexo’s Solutions Magazine as well as Food Service Director Magazine
