I’m hardworking, hands on, pragmatic and enthusiastic, with a deep understanding of research and technology. Having worked in the customer experience space, I founded Watermelon in 2012. My vision was to create a Customer Experience Consultancy of practitioners that could be placed into an organisation to advise, design, build, implement and deliver actionable insight through our voice of the customer platforms to drive change within organisations. Our library of modular technologies ensures our clients deploy a fit for purpose customer experience platform.In short, I love what we do and I’m completely passionate about enhancing customer experience.
