Manage a dynamic call center that supports our Voluntary Benefits line of business. -Hired, onboarded, trained and managed 20 contracted workers

Worked in 4 of the 4 lines of business in my department – Executive Life Insurance (Bonus and Split Dollar Plans), Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation, Executive Individual Disability Insurance (IDI) and Voluntary Benefits, performing almost every function in the department and reporting to the Director of Plan Administration. -Liaison between executives, corporate payroll and insurance carriers ensuring accurate and prompt issuing of Executive Life Insurance policies along with payment of premiums, processing of changes and termination or transition of polices. - Assist in the coordination of annual Executive Life Insurance policy review and facilitation of policy updates along with issuing of bonus payments to pay annual premiums. - Produce Life Insurance Illustrations for retiring or terminating executives to offer new, custom, alternative insurance products resulting in new business. - Monitor and audit monthly payroll deductions for life and individual disability insurance policies. - Produce and audit 1,200 quarterly non-qualified deferred compensation benefits statements.- Produce monthly accounting and coordinate annual evaluation and balancing of portfolio for variable Corporate Owned Life Insurance (COLI) policies. - Assist in the enrollment and annual renewal of Executive Individual Disability Insurance Policies. - Assist in enrollment and customer service for Voluntary Benefits eligible employees. - Gather data and produce metrics for 12 person call center. - Voice-over talent for call center Interactive Voice Response system.

Taught kindergarten to 5th grade general music classes and 6th to 8th grade choral music. - Wrote and implemented music curriculum and daily lesson plans.- Trained and evaluated student teachers.- Mentored new employees.- Coordinated schedules and additional activities with staff and administration of 70+. - Prepared and produced 7‐10 annual student productions.- Produced 500 biannual student evaluations.
