In charge of brewery maintenance including ammonia refrigeration system, Co2 system, Chilled, water, DA water,City Water, Glycol refrigeration, Air compressors and other utilities. Certified as a PSM leader and Operator 1 from Garden City, KS Community College. Implemented a work order management system AMMS which has help with managing work load. Created a PM program that is for key equipment. Reset expectations for outside vendors and developed new ones that have brought value to the brewery and removed ones that did not bring value. Active Member of safety team. HAZWOPER trained, PSM leader of PSM team. Project lead for many capital projects. I was in charge of daily production of the keg line production, electrical staffing as well. In charge of the electrical group implemented with this group tracking time through work orders and other improvements. Member of IIAR and have attended IIAR conferences.In charge of day to day operations and schedules. In charge of maintenance and have made many system improvements with my team.

Maintenance Leader III: In charge of the department from May 2004 to August 2009:Responsible for maintenance of the facility, duties included daily assignment of work orders to 26 union personnel, which included pipe fitters, sheet metal, electricians, millwrights, preventive techs and machinists. Responsible for Purchasing agent, store room, maintenance planner and maintenance team leader. Responsible for all maintenance of the processing and packing equipment within the facility. Responsible for the execution of preventive maintenance (PM) program for the facility. Utilize SAP and MAXIMO. Responsible for the $6.5m maintenance budget. Project Manager on many projects including an installation of a new line to the plant. Established relationships with new vendors that lead to lower cost to the plant. Responsible for repair of all mobile equipment including fork trucks. Chairperson for the plant community action team. I was selected as volunteer of the year from 25000 employees of the company. Served on the plant leadership team . Pillar leader for the continuous improvement effort. Lead a monthly maintenance meeting that includes sharing the plant results in equipment failure, system performance and packing reliability. Led a culture change within the maintenance organization that included personnel as active members on various teams that improved the overall results of the plant. Chairperson for the packing reliability team and tutored a recently hired engineer as a packing system engineer. .

Electronic Support Manager: Managed scheduling and task assignment for the Engineering Technician group including field service assignments,Manager of After Market Design: Additional responsibility of manpower scheduling,Duties included training, quoting of hours per job, and expanding of staff from 1 to 3.Manager of Electricians: Additional responsibility of managing 27 electricians responsible for wiring of approximately 100 machines a year. Duties included scheduling, ordering parts, working with assembly on wiring cycle, estimating of wiring hours per machine, and forecasted manpower needs. .Field Service Engineer: Responsibilities included extensive travel to provide electrical and software service for R.A. Jones machinery. Interaction with multiple management personnel to resolve customer issues on site and in house.
