As a dedicated HR professional with nearly two decades worth of experience, I pride myself on using my skills to bring about positive change. A confident communicator, I'm passionate about effective people management practices, and a big fan of the Investors in People framework and all that it sets out to achieve.Although a HR generalist, my creativity lends itself to strategic HR, particularly with a focus on Health & Wellbeing, reward and employee benefits.I hold myself to the highest standards and take pride in the work I deliver each and every day.
