This is a goal I strive for and have to date, achieved on all Projects I have been affiliated to - the outcome of which, has been proven in documented results from both internal and external audits as well as safety statistics.My ability to liaise and communicate with an honest, up front and positive manner with both internal/external clients and subcontractors is one of my strong points and I feel an important area to ensure confidence within the project duration.My knowledge and performance as a safety expert has given me the ability to confidently achieve change within established Safety Management Systems and to ensure these changes were met by all within the organisations of the time. My back ground in team sport has instilled an attitude that teamwork is a must from the very top of any organisation to achieve the goals that are set out by management. As a person who likes a challenge and thrives in ever-changing environment, and has had years of working several different types of rosters when on FIFO, combined with my safety knowledge/experience in the field I would bring valuable expertise to your organisation.
