An active role as a team manager for the East Fremantle Football Club - Midwest development squads - including junior Shark Pack development teams and colts age squads which focus on the transition of players to WAFL level football. The role includes planning, programming, conducting and assessing programs for football development. A key element is the integration of programs in the region with those offered by East Fremantle in the Midwest area. This means a high level of communication with metropolitan coaching staff, management and board members. Sponsorship procurement along with financial control and resource and player management are also involved in the role.
