Complete operational and system transformation, which was designed and implemented within 15 months. Operational implementation was big bang moving overnight from old to new systems.

Responsible for operational excellence globally within the License and Professional Services businesses of HPE Software. Implemented sales focused processes and systems that fully empowered sales to create their own legal quotes.- Project Managed the successful implementation of BigMachines without the support of management consultants. Integrating the new Quoting Application into the Hewlett Packard IT infrastructure.- Transformed the sales quoting experience to one of full empowerment where sales can create their own legal quotes. The system validates the configuration, and allocate sales pricing delegation based on customer historical pricing. Sales do not know the level of discount they are authorised to give until the configuration is completed. That said customers would recognise the discount as being aligned to previous purchases. - Expanded the off shore low cost model by driving efficiency based on work study. The resultant spare capacity was used to introduce new process which would be absorbed by the current headcount, reducing cost to the business by over $3M- Introduced a Business Performance team, using Industrial Engineering techniques coupled with Lean sigma methodology set performance goals to drive process improvement. This approach was critical in moving from old processes to new with the implementation of new applications.

HP Software business lead for the end to end process transformation initiative. Partnering with HP IT, the goal was to design and develop a Cloud base quoting solution for all HP Software, that interfaced with all associated internal systems. Objective was automation and sales empowerment. Managed a team of subject matter experts, covering SaaS, Education, Support Renewals and Professional Services focused on delivering to the strategic goals of the hp Software's business
