I lead a team of up to 50 operatives in all aspects of picking, packing and despatching of products for John Sands Australia. Working to strict targets and deadlines in order to meet KPI requirements, whilst despatching 200,000 units a week to Australia, New Zealand and other international customers.Responsible for the day-to-day management of contract, which includes monitoring staffing levels and staff training.Promotion of OH&S through daily team briefings and awareness education.

Operating from an 85050 sq metre warehouse & distribution centre specialising in third party logistics (3PL), where I solely managed a team of up to 200 staff, in the storage and distribution of goods. Each year picking and dispatching over 270 million units to over 30 high street retailers, with an annual turn over of approx $150m. Operating 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
