Hired to consult for the club to help put them on the map. I changed their facility name and restructured their facility into "clubs" to identify them in the market better. Serving as their VP of Marketing and Operations, I reviewed how to improve operations as well as ran the grand opening of the facility when the "clubs" were debuted. The new course was.

• Inaugural Director of Golf who defined the service culture, customs and policies of a successful and award winning golf operation. Instrumental in critical early membership growth, project management, and team.
• Directly responsible for membership marketing and growth during start-up phase, growing membership to 500 within seven years while frequently raising initiation.
• Worked closely with construction design teams of clubhouse and golf courses, which were awarded "Best New Private Courses" by Golf Digest: Nicklaus Course in 2002 and Fazio Course in 2006.
• Managed 4 Million in golf operation revenue, and elevated and maximized golf shop retail operation with 1.3 Million in sales. Received Multiple Merchandiser of the Year awards from the South Texas PGA
• Oversaw and managed staff for two golf courses including two Class "A" PGA Head professionals, over 35 full and part time employees, and 40 caddies
• Created legacy reputations including 2014 U.S. Junior Championship (Committee Vice-Chairman), 2013 Southern Amateur (host), 2007 USGA State Team Championships (Chairman), and 2004 Texas State Amateur (host)
