Responsibilities include:-Creating and maintaining a suite of automated web regressions utilizing the web tool Selenium to verify and validate web changes to the company portals through analysis of reports generated from automated regression tools. -Utilize bug tracking software to record defects found. Work closely with development team to fix defects and ensure immediate issues are resolved but also validate that applications continue to work as designed. -Gather requirements, create workflows, design documents, establish unit, system and end-user test plans and finally test plan execution as part of the SDLC -Creation of the project charter, construction and maintenance of the project plan, conducting weekly meetings with project team, filling out bi-weekly status reports to upper management, manage project scope, presentation of code changes to the change management board, creation of implementation documents and project close-out tasks-Work as liaison between business users and developers to write up change requests to existing processes and to trouble-shoot web issues. Process involves researching issues, determining possible resolutions and solutions, making recommendations, writing up change orders, assist in the process of applying new code or code fixes to test area, validating results, coordinating release to production, performing checkout after implementation and relaying results to management and end users.-Provide support for web issues on company website and portals for MyUnity, MyChart and PlanLink.

Responsibilities included:-Managed five Unity staff, conducted annual reviews and goal setting -Project Managed four application upgrade projects at Unity (two VMS upgrades and two Oracle upgrades)-Approved code releases through analysis of reports generated by test analysts-Created and maintained annual budget for computer operations department (~ $50,000)-Updated Unity production codes as required

Responsibilities included:-Validated the quality process for a major software application on a multi-phase project delivered to the State of Wisconsin by an outside vendor-Utilized SQL to manipulate data for functional testing-Conducted software demonstrations for counties receiving the new statewide application -Trained over 200 users on a federally mandated child welfare application-Coordinated the user acceptance testing effort for nine pilot counties-Designed regression test scripts for an Oracle 8I migration

Responsibilities included:-Created system test plans and facilitated test plan walkthroughs-Coordinated the test phase of various projects (mainframe and client server)-Recorded and tracked defects using Microsoft Access-Corrected defects revealed in test phase with project team members and documented results-Performed the rotating Technical Lead position -Assisted the Help Desk area and was awarded Team of the Month-Worked with business representatives to develop procedures for newly-created systems and enhancements to existing systems
