With three decades of experience in the industry, I have always been drawn to the latest technology and have made it a priority to stay up-to-date with the latest tools to enhance communication between my clients and their customers. I began my journey with Smeed in 2000 as a lead telecom technician and quickly rose through the ranks. In 2005, I was appointed as the service manager for Smeed Communications, where I led installation teams and managed projects for over a decade.In 2015, my involvement with our healthcare department led to my promotion to the role of Healthcare Applications Specialist for Smeed. As I look forward to working with our existing and new healthcare partners, I am committed to providing them with the same superior quality service that Smeed Communications has always been known for.
