In 2001 created new divisions of the business selling interactive touch screen and meeting room products for Smart Technologies with sales in excess of 10,000 panels to corporate and education customers and set up a value added channel distribution arm supplying Microwave Communications products and services for Siae Microellettronica, Dragonwave and Radwin (see www.rapidwireless.co.uk)in 2000 . I was a founding member of the Internet Service Providers Consortium (ISPC). I formed my own ISP Rapidnet in 1995 and acquired Cybase Internet, Merseyside's oldest independent ISP in 2011. In 2014 I also acquired the business interests of Aerelink a niche provider of wireless telecommunication services. In 2018 Rapid Technologies was selected as a technology project delivery partner for both Siemens(NTAR) and the HS2 infrastructure roll out, more recently implementing leading edge collaborative digitised interactive installations for The National Colleges of High Speed Rail in Doncaster and Birmingham whose opening and launch was attended by HRH Prince Edward.
