My primary role is to work as a Presales Development Consultant, key responsibilities include:• Work closely with the sales team to deliver Jedox and Infor demos that demonstrate the capability, flexibility, and speed of development• Deliver training sessions in person and remotely to both existing and potential future clients• Script and record both Jedox and Infor demos for use in future marketing campaigns• Keep abreast of all new product features to see how they might benefit existing demo models and where appropriate demo these to the consultancy team

• Designing and developing TM1/Planning Analytics solutions for clients from the ground up or to work alongside/enhance existing solutions• Providing both TM1 server and application support via a combination of onsite and remote support tools• Upgrading dozens of TM1 servers to newer versions, onsite and remotely• Designing and implementing currency translation support to several TM1 solutions due to the clients expanding into non-GBP markets• Delivering onsite and remote training sessions on process changes and at appropriate milestones during the project development lifecycle• Supporting client's TM1 developers who are new in post and/or to the specific TM1 environment; investigating their TM1 system to troubleshoot why an existing process isn’t producing the expected outcome.
