This effort created material from a troubleshooting point of view and how to solve a customer issue quickly. • Developed and delivered troubleshooting training for True Position support engineers in support of T-Mobile MLS.• On-call support of call center engineers in troubleshooting problems as needed for Suncom, Unicell, T-Mobile and Cingular. This involved T1, T3, network, server and network troubleshooting across nationwide networks.• Initial design, configuration, and installation of T-Mobile MLS Cisco routers.
