Postal Delivery Officer (motorcycle) with Australia Post since July 2018. Customer Project Management experience over 7 years as a Project Coordinator in the data & IP communication industry, with a developed thorough working understanding of Customer Project Management methodologies as applied to delivering IP data network solutions to Government & large corporate enterprise customers. This has encompassed the management of both internal & external stakeholder relationships meeting with the primary goal of delivering a timely & effective communications network solution. Previously in Telstra over 10 years 1997 to 2007, encompassing various roles within the mobiles space from Customer service, to staff support, escalated enquires & mobiles consultant in the Managed Corp Mobiles group. Between 2004 & 2006 as Mobiles product Subject Matter expert for Bus & Govt Customer Care, providing input into all levels of mobiles related product lifecycle development & deployment, feedback for initial product development & it’s impact/benefit to existing delivery & support software applications, work processes & workforce support as part of product & process improvement. Working autonomously within delivery timeframes I regularly collaborated nationally with internal stakeholders at all levels of the business scheduling & chairing meetings, phone conferences & organizing feedback to proposed work processes & product/service roll out.I have over 25 years of working continually with popular computer business applications including; Microsoft Office suite of products, & bespoke corporate customized software applications.2016 & 2017 I have been working causally as a warehouse assistant in a shared warehouse space, utilizing my forklift license to safely manage palleted stock from trucks into warehouse racking up to 5mts in a shared workplace. My work tasks also included packing & sorting stock, interacting with staff, suppliers & external customers via phone, email & in person.
