Responsible for modeling cash flow projections for retained interests in both retail and wholesale securitization transactions. Also responsible for valuing interest rate swaps using third-party software.Assist in financial statement preparation by completing retained interest and derivative disclosures, as well as providing information for fair value disclosures.

Responsible for consolidating select plant forecast data in stamping controllers office, as well as providing explanations of variances. Also consolidated reporting data utilized in the Harbour report and reported OT data to management.

Responsible for both on and off balance sheet accounting for the US and Canadian multi-seller conduit program, Canadian wholeloan transactions, and US Extended Contracts transactions. Work included extensive valuation analysis for off balance sheet retained interests, developing on balance sheet accounting for multi-seller program, and systematically evaluating the impact of planned repurchases of $billions in finance receivables.

Responsible for the accounting and external reporting for several subsidiaries, including reporting to the SBA and NASD.
