The last 20 years as Bupa Arabia (Saudi listed, Jeddah based, leading insurance company) Executive Team member, as Director - Company Secretariat, Company Board Secretary, and various Board Committee's Secretary. Previously the Director - Finance Reporting & Control. Bupa Arabia Finance lead on the Bupa Arabia 2008 IPO.Implemented various CG related, including constituting the Board, and all the Board Committees, and developing/implementing key other CG related, such as the Company Code of Corporate Governance, Code of Conduct, Company website investor Relations Section, Annual Report & Accounts (including Annual Board Report), and responsible for all the Company's Stock Exchange Announcements.Leader of the management and coordination of the Bupa Arabia General Assembly Meetings including the "editorial pen" on all English GA materials.Have managed each of the Risk and Compliance functions, both prior to regulations preventing this and also post as interim lead whilst the areas leadership roles were vacant due to staff turnover.

FD Reporting & Control responsibilities include the following for this Saudi Arabia publicly listed company (PLC), Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance Company, the largest, and leading, listed health insurance company in Saudi Arabia: Quarterly and Annual Financial Statements, Annual Board Report, management of external auditors, financial results reporting to Group Head Office, end to end Finance Reporting & Control environment including Finance systems, GL, control and maintenance. Company secretarial and Board Committees related including Ordinary General Assembly Meetings. Corporate Governance including Risk Management, BCP/DR Management, overall company policies and procedures, high level coordination of Internal Audit and Compliance activities and follow-ups.
