The privately-owned and operated company is currently in its fourth-generation of Ariens family leadership. The company's premium international brands include Ariens Sno-Thro®, Sno-Tek® and Ariens lawn and garden products for residential consumers and Gravely® and Parker® commercial equipment for landscape management contractors. Led the region to grow over 70% from 2013 to 2015 due to market share gain, new customer development and product line expansion at existing customers. Team consisted of 10 District Managers covering NE US & Canada.

I was fully responsible for leading the Retail Replacement Division for 7 years. Starting with a complete business re-structure in 2005, a merger in 2006, then consistently building new business processes to insure top line and bottom line growth. Customer Satisfaction improvements, lead generation efficiency, and sales performance enhancements all contributed to years of improved success.

Part of original business unit responsible for developing and executing the new Retail Replacement business strategy for Pella Corp. Worked with 12 PDSN locations to help them embrace this new strategy and build a business model that would sustain profitable growth. Also was chosen to lead several corporate business improvement events and strategic planning events.
