Originally hired as a retail estimator, and promoted to commercial sales and estimating in 2010. Since 2013 managed the selections, estimating, and installations of all flooring in new homes at The Reserve of Brighton - the largest account for the company. This position required developing a strong personal rapport with the future homeowner, the builder, and my subcontracted installers.
