Strategic planning within Northrop Grumman's Aeronautics Sector.

Provided strategy and project management for the Future Battle Management business and Strike division within the Aeronautics Sector. Created ground-up strategy and executive messaging for the Multi-Domain Command and Control (MDC2) Corporate Strategy Campaign. Performed shaping and capture activities for the Air Force's Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS) and the DoD's Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2) defense strategies. Managed cross sector, multi-faceted, teams to define and communicate current and future technology to internal and DoD leadership. Lead the development and definition of internal budgets and forecasted future Awards / Sales for NG growth planning. Coordinated, led and authored rapid responses to DoD RFIs for future technology solutions.

Supported the Space and Intelligence sector during the Harris Corporation merger with L3 Technologies.

Led the translation and messaging of highly complex data for 1 of Harris' 4 sectors - Space and Intelligence Systems. Worked closely with the President of the $2B / 6500 employee sector and developed clear, impactful communications and presentations for the CEO, Board of Directors and critical customers. Assisted business units with the development and communication of their strategic growth plan. Provided presentation development training for business leaders.

Engaged 1000’s of employees through creative communication mediums, managed 100's of engineers through project management and briefing results, funded 100's of innovative projects, and delivered new technology and business revenue to the company.

Grew from new UI designer to a recognized expert in the organization. Technical challenges of creating user friendly interfaces for highly complex technology and missions really pushed me creatively - invaluable experience. I led the design of several critically important user interfaces for our Intelligence Community customers. I also coded interfaces in C++ and C#. I was relied on to quickly learn extremely complex technology as well as the end users needs and wants. I worked closely with the end users, as well as lead systems and software engineers to storyboard user flow, sketch mockups and create high fidelity, realistic UI designs. I was relied on to present these design to both internal and external stakeholders. I received one of the company's most prestigious awards and was recognized across multiple businesses for designing both state-of-the-art visuals and highly intuitive, user friendly interfaces.

In this role I learned to see things from the customers perspective, and really developed an appreciation for simple user interfaces. I was the technical point of contact for a suite of advanced wireless products. I worked directly with multiple federal law enforcement customers. I routinely provided product demonstrations, real-time customer support, advanced training and the returned the voice of the customer back to our internal development teams.

Advanced from beginner to lead software engineer of critical applications delivering component level and user interface software within cellular reconnaissance field. Grew from entry level developer to lead diverse software development teams as an IPT lead, managed cost and schedule and drove requirements.
