Working in Global Market Equites, as Lead RAD Developer (contractor) supporting the Cash Equities, Derivatives and Prime Finance Product Controllers and their Risk and P&L process.Became permanent 3 years later joining the Change Management team and successfully delivered several initiatives including the implementation of a standardised Workflow P&L Reporting and offshoring of production processes. Completed several internal training courses relating to Investment Banking and attended an external PMI / PMBOK course.With a promotion to VP and a move into the Regulatory Projects space, I became the Equities Global Lead and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for numerous projects as Business Analyst and ‘Tactical’ VBA Developer. Projects included the G20 Commitments - Derivatives Reform, specifically the Model Risk Control for OTC Derivatives, Non-Strategic Risk Assessments and the Day1 P&L Exotics Model Reserving workflow tool.I was also responsible for the identification of our End User Data Applications (EUDA’s) in our area and the on-boarding of these into the ClusterSeven Inventory Management System. EUDA’s are databases / spreadsheets created by end users that are not supported by IT.

- Part of a development team responsible for the conversion of all in-house MS Excel workbooks to MS Access databases.- Design & Development of systems including Order Entry/Invoicing & Stock Control using Microsoft Access for various clients of the Microsoft Referrals scheme.- ITP went into Liquidation due to lack of sales - I successfully maintained relationships with clients and continued to service some of them once I became a Self Employed and started trading as MT Solutions.
