A graduate student at Johnson & Wales University with a Bachelor of Science - Hospitality, Restaurant, Food & Beverage ManagementIn my current studies, I have completed SERVSafe courses that include the SERVSafe Allergen and Alcohol Certification. Along with these courses, I have taken courses in Beverage Appreciation, Spirits & Mixology, and Front Of The House Operations Management.Over the past couple of years, I was able to get the chance to work in the restaurant business from both of the back of the house as prep work to the Front of the House as a Baquet Server. I am currently working at The Wharf as the banquet server and as a food runner. I can't wait to keep growing and creating new experiences in my field and industry!
