I have completed all 3 levels of the City of Minneapolis training in Microsoft Excel. • Former member of EAC (Employee Advisory Committee) for City of Minneapolis Finance & Property Services Department which organized major events and meetings for the department.• Act as a problem solver and subject matter expert on behalf of and for Traffic & Parking Services managers and also for Finance managers and end users. • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for Parking Services Fund of the Public Works Department• Prepare and enter standard, accrual and adjusting journal entries for Traffic and Parking Division • Assist Accountant II Supervisor in the preparation of ACFR (Annual Comprehensive Financial Report)• Streamlined process for over 100 Xcel accounts for Traffic division, to electronic format saving time from previously manually processing paper bills.
