To manage annual budgets in accordance with the Service Level Agreement and Addaction's Policy and Procedures. Designed a joint outreach approach with Grampian Police to deliver services directly into areas frequented by men who have sex with men. 6. Delivered training at the National Police Training College, Tulliallan and sat on the National Police College Advisory Panel. 7. Delivered service user support groups, training on interpersonal skills and sexual health as well as training volunteers and staff. 8. Chaired joint partnership groups including working with Drugs Action and Mental Health Service providers throughout the region.9. Wrote and compiled quarterly and annual reports for funding partners and managed project budgets.10. Worked directly with service users at all levels, including individual 1-2-1 sessions, group work, outreach and training.I believe I grew as an individual both professionally and personally whilst working with PHACE Scotland in part to the people I had the privilege of working alongside but mostly through my interactions with service users.
