Day to day running of the shop and most importantly selling was a major part of the job so product knowledge of past, current and any new golf equipment was a must. My other duties included club fitting, stock taking, ordering stock, merchandising, displays, cleanliness, along with being responsible for the staff including ensuring targets are met.

Responsible for the day to day running of Spain´s Largest Golf Retail Superstore with 1000sqm of sales area including driving range, putting green, custom fit centre with launch monitor and VECTOR PRO, club assembly and repair workshop. I have had up to 10 members of staff that I am responsible for including qualified PGA Golf Professionals and Club.

I was responsible for the day to day running of the Sports Centre during my shift. Also, supervising staff, working on reception when required and dealing with queries or concerns. I was also responsible for taking all bookings for the centre's all weather pitches and managing each customers booking accounts.I also had my own personal training clients in.
