Day To Day operations within the clubs busy proshop.Level 1 Golf coach, helping to run the clubs Junior coqching section. Soon to be an affiliate putting coach in conjunction with G billington putting/SAM putt labs.Also hoping to fulfil an ambition and have my application approved for the PGA golf foundation degree and become a teaching professional.

Duties included supervision of clients, instructing new members in the Fitness Centre, devising programs for customers. Selling and promoting memberships and leisure facilities on a face to face and telephone basis

Day to day running of the shop and most importantly selling was a major part of the job so product knowledge of past, current and any new golf equipment was a must. My other duties included club fitting, stock taking, ordering stock, merchandising, displays, cleanliness, along with being responsible for the staff including ensuring targets are met, motivation, discipline, rota's and staff holidays.

Responsible for the day to day running of Spain´s Largest Golf Retail Superstore with 1000sqm of sales area including driving range, putting green, custom fit centre with launch monitor and VECTOR PRO, club assembly and repair workshop. I have had up to 10 members of staff that I am responsible for including qualified PGA Golf Professionals and Club Makers. The store stocks clubs and merchandise from all the major golf companies. I was responsible for the day to day running of the Sports Centre during my shift. Also, supervising staff, working on reception when required and dealing with queries or concerns. I was also responsible for taking all bookings for the centre's all weather pitches and managing each customers booking accounts.I also had my own personal training clients in the fitness suite, which I particular enjoyed the most.Assisting with the assembly and general up keep of the centre. Monitoring all safety aspects within the centre.During my time in this job, I had continuous exposure to computers as the centre had a computerised booking system.
