As a UEFA qualified, forward thinking, passionate, committed coach and sports development operative, I have gained a wealth of experience in 1st/Reserve Team, College, Academy Football & general sport. Over the past 14 years I have expanded this experience working at a number of levels of football around the world.I have had huge experience in the development of players both nationally and internationally and have built up very successful links in Qatar, Norway, Italy, Malta and the United States.The game is evolving and new creative ideas need to be implemented including a veriety of coaching methods, detailed player profiles & regular reviews through a multidisciplinary approch. I have also designed a curriculum for football development.Whilst working with Elite players I have developed and built upon my own philosophy.I also use match and player analysis is a integral tool for players to reflect and improve.I am highly motivated, hardworking, very enthusiastic and extremely passionate about providing opportunity to talented individuals. I love to encourage and motivate in order to get the best out of people.I have developed as a coach and I am also keen to carry on building a dependable reputation in coaching. I have managed to obtain recommendable contacts in football, as I am a person who constantly meets working deadlines with the ability to influence and inspire players in a sports institution. As a coach I am always striving to drive peers and players around to upgrade best practice within an organisation using successful, creative and innovative methods. I also hold the DTLLS Teaching Diploma in which I have delivered the BTEC National Diploma in sport qualification at Huddersfield Town Education Academy.I currently work as youth development phase Lead at Barsley FC.
