Magnolia Manor is a midsized healthcare organization with over 1600 units, located on 9 campuses in South Georgia serving over 1500 residents with over 1300 employees daily. We work with an annual operating budget of over $80 million including medicare,medicaid, HUD, insurance and private pay resources. This includes independent living,assisted living,personal care,skilled nursing and dedicated memory care. We are also in the process of building another life care campus that will add an additional 300 units with over a $20 million dollar operating budget. As a 501(C)3 faith based organization, we are also involved in all aspects of church relations, fundraising and "friendship raising" to support the loved ones entrusted to our care. My passion is to use the servant leadership model to create a caring environment for employees and residents alike. To provide quality care and compassionate service for the residents entrusted to our care, to achieve financial stability and sustainability for our organization, and to provide growth and long term success for the ones who support us. Growing old is never easy, but Magnolia Manor strives to be the best provider of services available to those who have gotten older and need our support...physically,spiritually, and emotionally. None of us can accomplish this level of commitment by themselves so it is imperative that we also have the best working environment we can for all of our employees to be successful.
