I have the responsibility of looking after all the major OEMs within the Leisure Industry making sure they are supported on the Quality of the Truma Product and technical assistance where required. We have a fantastic Climate Centre where I oversee for all testing of Leisure vehicles. I have a great technical team that report to me to ensure all dealerships within the UK are supported, along with a team of engineers based at Dove Valley for those vehicles that need a little more assistance.

Having started up our small family business with just four sale on behalf vehicles, I am very proud that it grew into a profitable company with a turnover of 3.5 million. A great team that followed my ethos of Customer Service, that brought great spirit and results. Having collected awards for top sales at the NEC and created a loyal and happy customer base we decided to buy the land we rented at the businesses peak. Sadly it all came to an end with the land being sold beneath me having agreed previously for us to buy it. I remain proud of my family and team building a good profitable business ran with the ethics and honesty that was appreciated by all.

Having had training with Marks and Spencers I joined Clermont Leisure on accessories and over the next 10 years had a metoric rise from shop assistant to sales, to sales Manager, Branch manager, Group sales manager evidentially taking over the whole operational business which included 6 branches. The business was bought out in 2000, at the time only two of the six sales departments were making solid profits. The new owners decided to place me into a group sales position. I rolled out good processes and disciplines wrapped up with huge enthousiasm. The results were fantastic, within the 12 months all branches were making good profit. I was apporached to become Managing Director, this was hugely flattering for my young age but I was mindful there was alot of the business that I wasnt experienced in. I agreed to be a figure head but not to be a director until I investigated more. Sadly I realised the Shops were struggling, but the workshop was losing huge money. I was apporached to do a managment buyout but I declined and started my own business.
