My experience and background resides in RF and Microwave design. I have been in the industry for better than 25 years with experience ranging from electrical design to program management and ending on the management ladder in roles like General Manager and Engineering Management. My recent history is in Systems Engineering in the EW field at BAE Systems. Working in a team to attain the best design solution and interfacing with customers is where I have produced the most value resulting in produceable designs for the Radar and EW market on many long term programs. My career has been focused on problem solving; introducing solutions to meet customer demand in a timely and cost effective manner. I have spent the better part of my career pursuing new business development opportunities for our technology while expanding into adjacent markets. The company's name has changed through the years due to acquisition but over that timespan there was significant organic growth as the division grew from $8M in revenue to >$30M in 12 years. This was accomplished profitably with the end customer ultimately being the primes that feed the US government and their programs.
