 Served on First Level Engineering Support Team supporting Intel and UNIX servers in a leveraged environment to free up tier two and three administrators for advanced work.  Used RDP, VNC and CITRIX to support servers and end users across the enterprise providing a cost saving. Configured users accounts and email addresses in Active Directory at the time the user open trouble tickets providing quick response.  Wrote documentation and Standard Operating Procedures for reference of new administrators to complete task without supervision.  Installed standard Installations of Windows 2003 Server Operating Systems on twelve Dell 2950s by first building image on first server then ghosting the image of the first server on to the additional eleven and racked and wired them to meet clients schedule.  Assisted in breakdown and removal of all servers and racks from data center of departing client thus freeing other administrators to support their clients.  Assisted with unscheduled installation of one hundred and fifty new servers to meet the demand of a new client.  Served as Remedy Queue Manager for fifty-one plus remote hospitals and facilities and updated Configuration Management Database (CMDB) as needed. Used Windows Update Server to install and confirm installation of Windows updates and service packs so normal support administrator did not have to work on weekend or after hours.

Provided post migration of Notes mailboxes to Exchange, importing address books, editing Active Directory and resolving problems.

Provided Dell direct Sales at kiosk in the Galleria and Stonebrier Malls.

The company was named Integrated Packaging Assembly Corporation (IPAC) it sold its self to Orient Semiconductor Electronics (OSE) and changed its name. Served as the only Network Administrator 24-7, provided Desktop Support and Telephone System Administration and Move-Add-Changes.  Studied and acquired MCSE for NT 4 in 2000 saving the company $600 per month in outside consultant fees. Supervised installation and maintained Avaya Definity Phone System a $60,000 project. When the number of servers exceeded capacity of current room on first floor relocated Server Farm to a raised floor on second floor on a weekend. Cost of move to company; zero dollars. Soon after my arrival at company became aware of a condition of when the Novell server crashed all MRP databases required re-indexing taking hours and production had to hand document product movement for later entry. Converted network from Novell 3.11 to Microsoft NT 4 solved this problem. Later after receiving MCSE converted to Windows 2000/Active Directory providing more manageable network.  When cc:Mail reached it maximum capacity, recommended Exchange Server as the replacement since the company had moved to a Windows environment. This was approved and after testing was rolled out to company. Later we upgraded to 2000 Server we upgraded to Exchange 2000.
