• Lead the efficient development and delivery of the D&R attribute on new programmes, from target setting through to validation.
• Plan, coordinate and report on all activities to deliver the D&R attribute to programme milestones, in close partnership with our system teams.
• Ensuring the optimum combination of simulation tools and vehicle testing, develop and validate the D&R attributes across a range of JLR products.
• Support the D&R technical lead in generating standards, requirements and setting targets that are driven by customer requirements and failure mode avoidance activities.
