New process design and scoping by conducting bench scale and pilot plant experiments and analysis. Process control strategy design.Detailed process design - including heat- and mass transfer details of each stream, equipment- and line sizing, utility design. Sensors and actuators. Data-acquisition and analysis. Yield calculations. Installation, commissioning and optimization of pilot plants and commercial scale plants. Conceptual design of new processes.SCALE-UP TO COMMERCIAL LEVELBasic and detailed engineering of commercial scale production plants - e.g. heat- and material balances, PFD, P&ID verification, equipment sizing and data sheet verification for innovation processes. Assisting project lead in preparing technology brief and CAPEX proposals. Contractor identification and selection on basis of cost, quality and expertise level.
