I am a phenomenological theorist and researcher, yoga teacher, and mindset guide. I first encountered phenomenology in 2002. From the start, I knew I had found my home as a scholar. And although the yoga and mindset-guide work came 20 years later, those familiar with yoga/mindfulness sensed a yogic presence, patience, and inviting energy in my writing, teaching, mentoring, and leading.In 2022, I started teaching yoga for CorePower Yoga. As a 200hr trained yoga teacher, I have taught more than 600 classes including yoga sculpt (high intensity with weights); C2 (intermediate to advancedvinyasa flow); Core Restore (yin yoga); and Strength X (high intensity interval training).Also in 2022, I founded PIP Consulting, LLC. At PIP Consulting, we use 5 Principles forMindset Change to help people gain insight about issues they face in their professional and/or personal lives. Through workshops, small group facilitation, and one-on-one interactions I have guided, using mind-body-meditative techniques, more than 500 people across a number of for-profit and non-profit industries.
