• Grew Schlumberger Completions revenue in Russia Far East by 300% increasing the Completions team of 25 Engineers and support staff to 59 by recruiting, training and mentoring new hires as well as recruiting and transferring experienced professionals. • Project Managed many firsts for Schlumberger Completions in Russia, including running the first 5 zone Intelligent Oil producer wells combining indexed hydraulically actuated flow control valves with multiport isolation and production packers, electronic pressure and temperature gauges and fibre optic DTS and DAS. Successfully completed the first OHGP well in Russia and the first TAML Level 5 Multi-Lateral in Russia.• Won two multi-million dollar tenders for Schlumberger Completions for both Sakhalin I and Sakhalin II projects where I personally put together both the 2500 page technical responses and the 250 pages of commercial responses.• Developed a strong Safety and Quality ethic within the team with 0 LTI and YoY decreases of non-equipment failure Non-Productive Time.

• Supported all Fibre Optic operations worldwide from inception to execution, developing new ways to integrate the fibre optic with the completion, selecting and designing hardware for the installation and fibre deployment.• Conducted client visits and giving presentations on the technology and assisting the geo-markets with technical and commercial tender responses.• Managed the interfaces with Engineering, Manufacturing and Sustaining ensuring that each Fibre Optic project would have the correct equipment for a successful deployment and to ensure longevity of the system.• Personally responsible for the development and installation of many monitoring firsts for Schlumberger RMC, including: Pumped fibre optic systems, Control line wet mate for pumped DTS in to a lower OHGP completion, developing and field trialling the side hole fibre optic pressure gauge, the first deployment and use of a DVS (DAS) in the O&G industry, developed and commercialised hybrid optic/electric downhole cables… etc.
