FusionStorm has purchased Adexis Storage, Nov 2009. FusionStorm aligns nearly identically with Adexis with a larger and more broad solution set. Job desciption and duties remain aligned. Will be focusing more on Cisco UCS design, NetApp SnapManager for Oracle, NetApp site to site DR, NetBackup, SnapProtect, and Comm Vault Simpana.

Design, Plan, and Implement high end storage solutions for our customers. Skills and experience include Oracle RAC, Global Clusters using various replication products, load balanced many node clusters, replicated NetBackup, VTLs solutions, EMC, HDS, NetApp, disk and layered application development, and scripting for custom development. Also complete customer training and detailed documentation.

Was the bridge between Pre and Post Sales overlooking upcoming consulting engagements and aligning them for delivery. Reviewed and edited statements of work approving scope and effort. Used past field experiences to aid in delivery expertise and fulfillment, thus providing a higher level of customer satisfaction. Worked with project management to build tasks lists and procedural documents.

Concentrated on more complex delivery solutions of both existing focus areas and new focus areas. Implemented Veritas Cluster Solutions for Oracle, Sybase, Exchange, and SQL. Provided customization of layered storage applications on various storage arrays. Completed large heterogeneous NetBackup installations, training and documentation. Developed delivery models and methodologies, and trained fellow engineers in both a technical nature and general consulting.

Both Pre and post sales delivery, selling and configuring computer storage hardware, and software. Heavy concentration on Veritas NetBackup, HSM, Volume Manager, SAN switch fabrics, and Hitachi disk array projects. Help to build customer relationships through sales demos, and technical delivery.

Main focus was industrial computer data collection via both fixed and RF hand held devices. Implemented custom solution development around IBM data collection software to collect data from data terminals, and massage the data via DB2 to be entered into AS/400. Sold and designed Modicon PLC control equipment around Ohio areas. Customers included Honda, Libbey Glass, Campbells, Kal Kan, etc.
