Manages all A&Z construction observers for A&Z, staffs observation projects, and provides construct-ability reviews for in house design projects. Serves as the main liaison between contractors, design engineers, the public, and all other interested parties for A&Z Inspection Contracts. Developed proven methods, minimizing complaints to the client, and keeping public confusion or misunderstanding to a minimum.Brings over 21 years of experience as a Construction Project Supervisor in the transportation and construction fields. Experience includes projects for both public and private clients, as well as local, state and federal agencies. His experience includes new roadway construction, roadway reconstruction/rehabilitation improvements, intersection improvements, traffic signalization, trail way, green-ways, pedestrian bridges, multi-span bridges, airport, sanitary, CSO and storm utilities.
