From my very first jobs of bussing tables, bagging groceries, and changing oil, through the past 25+ years in the automotive industry; I have become skilled in active listening, delivering superior service, and achieving customer loyalty. I believe there is no job too big or too small which is why somedays you may catch me sweeping the shop or taking out the trash. I am also self-directed with the ability to meet and exceed sales objectives and financial targets, control costs, and drive growth. I am able to stay connected to my employees and believe the old adage that happy employees are more productive. I balance my daily responsibilities by committing to early mornings, old fashioned hard work, and Saturdays on the golf course.
