Program Manager responsible for planning, driving and overseeing infrastructure and datacenter projects supporting Xbox Live Services for the Xbox 360 and the Xbox One across multiple datacenters world-wide. My role required working with business-leadership on the Xbox team, as well as datacenter technicians at multiple locations and hardware-vendors such as HP, Dell, Cisco, A10, etc. to define appropriate solutions for deployment. ________________________________________• Program Manager with a team planning and deploying roughly $100M of hardware, including network/security devices, discrete/pre-racked servers, large-scale storage and back-up infrastructure. Our team tracked and drove over 500 deployments within three-years.• Responsible for over 26,000 servers in nine datacenters from origination to hand-off (i.e. budget approval, procurement, vendor supply-chain, hardware-delivery, installation and quality-control verification).• Proven ability to deliver projects and build relationships to meet business requirements.

Designed (CAD), fabricated, and installed a large number of architectural-millwork projects throughout the United States. Both commercial and residential, these projects have ranged from simple renovations to public works and museum installations worth many millions of dollars. A lifelong player and USA Hockey Level IV coach, much of my life has been devoted to developing players of both genders and all ages, while building community and highlighting ice hockey in the Pacific Northwest. From individual instruction to teaching clinics often exceeding forty participants, thousands of people have received my guidance in seeking to improve their skills and experience. WOSCA was formed to consolidate shipments in order to gain the advantage of volume rates. My role required receiving, assessing, and routing shipments for both load-to-load (LTL) and Custom (international) freight for delivery throughout Washington, Oregon and Alaska within a high-intensity, schedule-driven environment.________________________________________• Operated all manner of heavy-freight handling equipment necessary to average the hourly transportation of 5,000 lbs. minimum to meet business requirements.• “Lead Dockworker” responsible for counts, routing, damage-assessments and the management of co-workers to meet business requirements.• Worked under the auspices of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection to receive and route international-freight for delivery throughout the United States.
