I am an experienced Workplace Ergonomics & Wellbeing Specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the Ergonomic Solutions, Office Furniture and Health, Safety & Wellbeing markets, assisting employers and employees to maximise their health, productivity and wellbeing in the workplace. I began my career in Workplace Ergonomics in 2000 following my graduation in Human Movement Science from the University of Liverpool. A career in ‘sales’ was never an aspiration when studying for my degree but is now a well-trodden path.Throughout my career I have delivered on turnover growth and margin optimisation in business-to-business sales, both through my own efforts and the development and leadership of sales teams. I have achieved success through a consultative but target driven sales approach, balancing ongoing account development and retention through sound Relationship Management. I have demonstrated that my clients have an increased loyalty as a result of the depth of my commercial relationship with key decision makers and stakeholders.Twenty-two years later I am still excited about the opportunities the market holds and am driven to succeed in revolutionising the Workplace Ergonomics sector by ensuring that the individual is always put before the sale.
