I have made a decision to step back and restructure my life and get back into the thigs I enjoy. Strategic Trading acquired the assets of Hardacre Estates and is rebuilding the pipeline of projects and working with Mortgage Brokers etc, The planning and design side is engaged on various projects. One of the biggest changes has been the formation of Strategic Estate Planning -having been involved in the sector in a minor way since 2004 and then got involved on a more full time basis in 2022 we have decided to setup Strategic Estate Planning manly to concentrate on property owners and investors interested in exploring Trusts, LLPS and Newco. We will be advising on Wills, LPAS and Trusts but have formed strategic partnerships with IFAS, regulated and non regulated lenders. The Airbnb and Mark Warren Design will carry on in the background

I have finally been persuaded to launch www.markwarrendesign.co.uk as an extra outlet to display the numerous items being displayed in Middle Street and on Etsy. Using recycled and upcycled parts I have been creating whacky scrap sculptures and moved on to lams, tables, stools, walking sticks, benches, trollies and a shepherds hut.
