Originally hired as an (FSR) Factory Technical Service rep and Training Mgr. My 20 year journey-man commercial HVACR experience, along with a natural propensity for Leadership, Project Management, and Training aptitude lead to developing a variety of HVAC and electronic training classes to offer its customers. I also had the pleasure to develop and implement the only California Certified Vocational HVAC training academy offered by an HVAC Distributor, realistically anywhere in the US. As Director and Training Mgr, I was directly responsible for all operations, setup, and state reporting for this new division of the company, and was also directly responsible for placement of over 200 new HVAC recruits to the Bay Area. A job for which I am extremely proud to profess. As Assistant Manager to the VP of Sales I took the lead in many important projects as well (see below). I also took an active part in our Marketing Division activities ad creation and ideological sales sessions. Also as both Asst Div. Manager and Sales Manager I was fully responsible for creating, preparing, and submitting for approval, all yearly and quarterly, Corp. Business Sales Plans. Including projected monthly and qtrly sales rpts, and projected monthly and qtrly inventory and order placement plans, for both the Corp. and Local levels. I had generally 13 or so Territory Sales Mgrs reporting to me as sales professionals.My last six years at SACP Trane co I held the Sales Managers positions for both Trane and American Standard product lines with great success on both lines. Holding double digit sales percentages in a down economy and market while others are in low single digits & failing. Additionally I was responsible for the logistics planning & set up of 4 distribution facilities within the state of Calif. This would include office setup, planning, phone, computer, lighting, wiring & placement. Brand development, brand strategy, mgmt and statistics systems.Strategic Consulting & sales strategy.

I have been a Commercial Service and Service Manager for 20ish years. Growing up in the family owned business I gained much of my Commercial HVACR and electronics training working for my father. Commercial Refrigeration, HVAC, TV, and Microwave service mainly as well as some smaller appliance repair made my career path a simple one. My experiance in the USAF, and assignment on the USNavy's Mare Island, working on Nuclear submarines (chillers) was an interesting experience to say the least.Engineered Air Systems, Bay Air Systems, Clark and Rush Mechanical, and Comm Air Mechanical Services were some of my most educationally speaking, advanced HVAC training experiences.
