Current-Manages invoicing and coordination of purchase orders for the Epredia instrumentation service throughout the United States-Works with a team to meet and exceed assigned service revenue sales goals and quotas-Coordinates billing process of services including part usage, labor, travel, pricing, and quotes for customers-Monitors competitive activity and trends within various territories nationwide while fostering competitive solutions to align with sales goals and quotas-Communicates with customers, co-workers, and field service engineers to ensure a customer-focused mindset while maintaining a high level of attention, effectiveness, and satisfaction-Reaches out to the appropriate parties while informing latest offerings and service plans that best accommodate the customer's needs-Performs data analytics to better understand the current market landscape and current trends for services-Utilizes a growth-mindset to learn about new opportunities and leverage our large portfolio as an opportunity for both the customer and the company-Executes high-level analysis of NPS to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
