Enterprise Architect working as part of the Business & Systems Consulting team - Victoria

Focused on a Business Transformation project to implement new Retail processes and capabilities via a large SAP implementation of CRM 2007, IS-U and BI. Solution Architecture was achieved with Accenture as the SI partner and TCS as AMO support partner.Responsibilities include creating a Decommission Strategy to ensure business benefits from removing old legacy Applications and databases after the new solution was delivered.Also established EA Repository, EA governance and new Project Investment Council.
