Drive radio advertising sales across 3AW and Magic 1278 radio stations. Initiate promotional opportunities with B2B, local and state governments. Create and execute innovative promotional campaigns tailored to clients’ brand and market objectives. Monitor campaign results and consult to clients to enhance and adjust campaigns to meet targets. Ensure brand protection in all activities.

Responsible for creating the business brand and service offering and growing the business from inception. Develop and execute business strategy. Manage company financials. Recruitment and development of staff (20+) in company policies, sales, conflict resolution etc. Develop marketing and promotion strategies including online presence and spin-off businesses. Coach social and competitive ballroom dancers to achieve their goals. Partner with local community groups to develop business network and opportunities.

Provide live feedback to celebrity dancers on one of Australia’s most popular and successful entertainment shows of all time. Maintain awareness of live format schedule and adjust comments accordingly. Interact with other cast members to provide a light, fun, entertaining feel to the show. Participate in regular media events, TV and radio interviews, make guest appearances on other lifestyle TV programs and uphold the values and brand of the show.
