Helped sale the community on increasing the yearly dues 25%. Balanced the Budget by reducing expenses. Instituted a 20 year $6 million Capital Replacement Plan. Installed Community Security Camera System. Increased Community volunteer effort from 50 to over 125 people. Beautified community via landscaping. Brought Public Sewer to the community.
