Roust operates internationally through a distributor model and my role has full P&L ownership. Member of Roust Global Leadership team• Business turned from loss to profit in first 18 months and completed market rollout across APAC in two years. This was the first profit delivered by Roust in APAC. Expanded team to five covering all APAC markets and over twenty distributors and direct retailer relationships• Developed, validated and implemented brand and commercial strategies with founder and board to open new business in ten countries and expanded business in a further six countries including direct relationships with key retailers Endeavour Group in Australia• Delivered strategies for brand growth from 7th in category to 3rd in category in Australia in Vodka, and 7th to 4th in New Zealand for vodka including doubling volumes in both markets. For Sparkling wines South Korea – Gancia moved from #6 to #2 in category and volumes doubled. In New Zealand Gancia has moved form to bottom of category to number 2 imported sparkling and volume increased more than 300%. Doubled vodka business in Japan and South Korea• Implemented business-wide finance and control process, which ensured accurate, complete and timely P&L management
