As co-founder and co-owner of FORTIUS Internet solutions my main role was being a Progress OpenEdge consultant and project leader, designing, developing and implementing tailor made applications for our customers.For the daily operations and growth of the company I also performed many additions tasks over the course of 17 years. Responsibilities included setting up and maintaining administration and the design and implementation of a custom made structure for HRM for our employees. But also many tasks for installing and maintaining the hardware and software used by the company. The latter also included starting up and running a separate hosting company to facilitate teh web applications of our customers.
